What is VIP Consigning?

• Standard Consignor makes a 65% commission on their sales. As a VIP Consignor, you would make 40% of your sales. You will be charged a $10.00 VIP Consignor fee (taken out of your Consignor check – you don’t pay it up front).


• If you want to Consign your nice items, but don't have time for consigning process, our VIP Program is your solution!


• A VIP Processor will gather, prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to our upcoming event! You'll still earn a Private Pre-Sale Pass.


• Your items will be priced at 25-35% of retail.

How Do I Receive My Check?

Your Consignor check will be emailed via eCheck at the end of the event. Make sure your email is verified when you log into your account. You can print your check to either do a mobile deposit, or take to your bank!

How Do I Get My Pre-sale Shopping Pass?

Your Consignor Pass will be emailed to you once your processor has your items entered into our database.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, clothes, shoes, toys, books, boutique items, maternity items, outside toys, etc! ALL BABY GEAR MUST BE VERY CLEAN! We will not accept items that have stains, food, pet hair, or odors.

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring and Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please ensure clothing is free of odor and pet hair.)

We will accept pants/jeans, long sleeves, short sleeves, dresses, jackets/hoodies, accessories, shorts, hunting gear, boots, athletic wear, sports gear, and shoes. Fold outfits together so your VIP Processor knows to hang them together.

No stains, holes, or excessive wear.

We will not accept heavy winter, winter holiday or Halloween costumes

All items must have working batteries and all parts.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, dirty items, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them or will need to be picked up promptly.

Are There Any Limits?

We do not currently have any limits.

Please keep in mind, for the junior section, the clothing should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Spring and Summer. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.

VIP Drop-Off Days

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items in to the VIP Processor will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

* Recalled items

* Nonfunctioning battery-operated items

* VHS tapes

* Scratched DVDs

* Used underwear (must be new in package)

* Generic Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear, Squishmallows or battery operated)

* Stained, torn or overly worn items

* Items with missing buttons, broken zippers, or missing parts

* Used pacifiers, only new in package

* Crib bumpers (unless mesh) or Bedding larger than queen-sized (all bedding needs to be kid-friendly)

* Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented

* We do not accept formal dresses or prom dresses

How Much Does it Cost to VIP Consign?

There are no upfront costs to VIP Consign. The only additional cost for VIP consignment is a $10/100 item supply fee to help cover the costs to prep the items. This fee will be held out of your consignor check at the end of the event. There is the standard $10 Consignor Fee held out of the check that is applied to all consignors.
